Psalm 27 is a wonderful passage in God’s perfect Word. What a great expression of FAITH! David rests or waits on the Lord as a child sitting at the table waiting for his meal. The child can smell it being prepared and can even get a glimpse of it. But until it is placed in front of him he must wait. I am reminded that when I prepare a meal for my children there are times I must turn my back on them to get everything ready. My children can’t see what I am doing when my back is turned to them but they wait and trust that whatever daddy is fixing it’s going to be good.
Friend, thank you for stopping by my site. I pray you are waiting for the Lord as I am - waiting and knowing it's going to be good!

1. Exalt through His Church!
I seek to exalt my Lord through all aspects of life but here is on area of my life that I spend lots of time focusing on lifting Him up!
2. Edify through His work!
I seek to edify those around me through everything I do, but in my business I make a point to glorify my Lord in my daily dealings with others.
3. Equip through His family!
I seek to equip all those entrusted to my care, but my family is dear to my heart and it has re-shaped my understanding of my heavenly Father.
